Creamy Turkey With Mushrooms
Creamy turkey with mushrooms is a great rush hour dinner, you can assemble all the ingredients the night before, when you get home just make and bake, in the time that is cooking you can be making a side dish of vegetables and salad. Dinner will be on the table in half and hour.
4 Tbsp (25 ml) margarine or butter
8 Cups turkey (cooked)
3 Cups (375 ml) sliced mushrooms
1 Medium onion sliced
2 clove garlic, minced
2 Can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Cup ( 125 ml) milk
In skillet, add margarine, saute mushrooms, onion and garlic until tender, stir often.
Add soup, milk and pepper to taste. Bring to boil, add turkey to skillet.
