Taco Potato Pie....... Delicious

This Taco Potato Pie is very easy to make and can be served cold or hot out of the oven, we all have some leftover mashed potatoes after dinner, so this is a great way to use them up or just make 3-4 potatoes and mash them to use in this recipe, I am using pork and beans as they are a favorite of my family or if you like refried beans then use them.

This pie would be a great choice to serve after a skating or tobogganing party. Just add a broccoli salad or two, two dozen rolls, apple crisp and lots of hot chocolate.
