Sweet and Sour Turkey

This sweet and sour turkey is a great recipe to use up all your leftover turkey or chicken, but if you are press for time then use..Kraft... Sweet Onion Vinaigrette Dressing, for your sauce, you will get the same results.


  • 2 Cups pineapple chunks in syrup
  • 4 Tsp soy sauce
  • 2 Large clove garlic, minced
  • 6 Cups turkey ( cooked)
  • 2 Green pepper, chopped (opt)
  • 4 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 Cups turkey broth
  • 6 Tbsp cornstarch
  • ½ Cup vinegar
  • ½ Cup water
  • 4 Tbsp brown sugar


    Drain pineapple chunks, reserving syrup. In skillet, add oil, turkey and garlic, cook for a minute, add syrup, brown sugar, vinegar, broth, soy sauce, cook until start to bubble, combine water and cornstarch and add to mixture, stir until thickened, add pepper and pineapple cook for another 5 minutes.Serve with rice.Makes: 10 servings.

    Tip: You can substitute chicken for turkey.
