Ingredients 1 block butter soften (2 cups),2 cups icing sugar (sifted), 4 cups all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Whip butter until light and fluffy–gradually adding sugar mixing well with butter.Add vanilla.
Fold in flour making sure it is well blended with butter and sugar.If making into cookies chill for 10 minutes, if not then press in a 8x10 pan and bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes, it should not be brown when finish, cut up into bite sizes pieces and let cool.
Tip: Have to cut while it is still hot
