Ice Cream Truffles



Ice cream truffles has a lovely surprise inside, it is fast and easy to make and can be made up to a week before your dinner, just store them in a freezer bag.

I have a suggestion of how to serve them, when you add the truffles to a plate of fruit or cake with a touch of chocolate sauce it will impress your guests.



Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Chocolate Ice Cream
  • Ground nuts, finely chopped
  • Toasted coconut
  • Chocolate cookie crumbs
  • Cocoa powder
  • Sprinkles
  • Crushed candies

    Instructions

    Spray your ice cream scoop with pam. Scoop out ice cream and form into balls, roll in nuts or one of the above ingredients. Place on wax paper-lined baking pan. Cover and freeze for 30 minute or until ready to serve.

    Makes: 32 truffles
