Diet Dessert.....Quick and Easy



If you are on a diet then this is the right diet dessert for you, limited calories and delicious, what more can you ask for.

This dessert can be made very quickly, because you have most of the ingredients in your cupboard already, and best of all it should be made the day before your dinner, that way the crackers absorb the moisture from the pudding and become very flaky.

There is a secret ingredient for your crust, it is soda crackers,very low in calories.



Ingredients

  • 2 pkg Instant Pudding mix (4 servings each)
  • 2 Cool Whip
  • 2 Tins crushed pineapple (19 oz each)
  • 1pkg Soda Crackers ( unsalted)

    Preparation:

    Use a 9" x 13" pan, now place a layer of soda crackers on the bottom of the pan, layer them edge to edge and covering the pan.

    Mix the pudding as directed on package. ( less ½ cup of milk)spoon half of mixture over crackers.Now one tub of cool whipRepeat with crackers, pudding, cool whip layers once again.Sprinkle drained, crushed pineapple over the top of the last layer of cool whip.Cover and place in fridge until next day.

    You can use any fruit fresh or caned and any flavour pudding of your choice.Shave chocolate and sprinkle over top.
