4 squares semi-sweet chocolate ½ cup butter 1 cup icing sugar 2 eggs 2 egg yolks 6 tbsp flour 1 cup cool whip topping thawed
Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Butter 4 ( 3/4 cup) custard cups or souffle cups.Place on cookie sheet.
Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on high for 1 minute or until butter is melted. Stir in sugar until well blended.Whisk in eggs and egg yolks. Stir in flour.Divide batter between prepared cups. Important Watch these cakes, do not leave to over cook.
Bake 12- 14 minute or until sides are firm but centers are soft.Let stand for 1 minute, and serve with topping.Makes 4 servings
