Almond Pudding Bread

Almond pudding bread is tasty and the almonds are healthy, when you add bisquick and vanilla instant pudding mix to your baking it is light and if you are on a diet you could omit the sugar and glaze.


  • 1 1/3 cups finely chopped almonds
  • 2 ½ cups bisquick
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 pkg. Vanilla instant pudding ( 3 3/4 oz)
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs


    Heat oven 350 degrees. Generously grease loaf pan 9 x 5x 3 inches, sprinkle 1/3 cup of the almonds over bottom and sides, pressing if necessary. Beat remaining almonds and ingredients in a bowl. Pour in pan. Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 50 minutes. Remove from pan, cool. Spread with creamy glaze.
