Now cool and add to the salad with nectarine or peaches, the herbes de provence is a tasty spice, now enjoy. 6 tbsp (45 ml) olive oil1 tbsp (7 ml) herbes de Provence1/2 tsp salt pinch pepper4 cups(500 ml) turkey cooked16 cups torn mixed salad greens8 Nectarines or Peaches2 Sweet onion, cut in wedges2 sweet red pepper, thinly sliced2 clove garlic, minced4 tbsp (30 ml) red wine vinegarIn large skillet, heat olive oil, add onion, red pepper, garlic and chicken, cook for 8 minutes, stir in vinegar, add to greens along with nectarines, toss to combine and serve immediately.
