Party Punches.....

Classic Drinks For All Seasons

Party punches do not have to be expensive to make, you can use frozen juices or kool-aid mixes there are so many great flavours, then just add fruit or slices of citrus.

For your garnishing slice up lemons, limes, oranges and grapefruits. place in a single layer on waxed paper lined pan and freeze. Store in a freezer bag and add to your drinks just prior to serving. Spear a wooden skewer with assorted berries or fresh fruit slices and add to the glasses.



Spiced Punch

  • 48 oz. Cranapple Juice
  • 6 oz. Can frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • ½ Cup red hot cinnamon candies
  • 2 Cups water
  • 2 Sticks cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp whole cloves

    Wrap cinnamon and cloves in small piece of cheesecloth.Combine with remaining ingredients. Heat until candies are melted,remove spices and serve hot.

    Serve 20 ( 2/3 cup servings)


    This is a beautiful drink, the glass will be red and yellow in layers, with the ice it will look like a festive sunrise, but will also quench the thirst of all your guests.

    Sunrise Punch

    Ingredients

  • Crushed ice

  • 2 Orange juice (48oz) each

  • 8 tbsp Pomegranate juice

    Add ice to 8 glasses. Pour 1 tablespoon of pomegranate juice over ice in each glass.

    Slowly add 1 cup of orange juice. Do not stir.
